Voting Unit (Unit A):Those eligible to vote in the election are all registered nurse care managers employed by the Employer, but excluding all administrative personnel and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for the Oregon Nurses Association, American Federation of Teachers, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit of all registered professional nurses employed by the Employer as staff nurses, charge nurses and assistant head nurses in the Departments of Nursing, Mental Health, Emergency, Surgery, IV Therapy, Blood Bank, Cardiovascular Laboratory Radiation Oncology, and Family Maternity Center, or their successor departments, excluding Sisters of Providence, administrative and supervisory personnel, and all other employees. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
