Voting Unit (Unit A):All full time, regular part-time and per diem Client Support Technicians, Data Entry Specialists, Lab Aides, Lab Assistants, Lab Assistant Leads, Lab Assistant Technicals, Lab Assistant Phlebotomists, and Referral Testing Technicians employed by PeaceHealth d/b/a PeaceHealth Laboratories at its facilities located at 3333 Riverbend Drive, Springfield, Oregon (Riverbend Campus), 123 International Way, Springfield, Oregon (Riverbend Annex), and 1255 Hilyard St., Eugene Oregon (University District Campus); but excluding all professional employees, technical employees, business office clerical employees, skilled maintenance employees, confidential employees, employees of PeaceHealth Medical Group, employees working at RiverBend Pavilion (3377 RiverBend Drive, Springfield, Oregon), employees working at Northwest Specialty Clinics (3355 RiverBend Drive, Springfield, Oregon), employees working at Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute/Oregon Cardiology (3311 RiverBend Drive, Springfield, Oregon) (except CNAs, EKG techs, endoscopy techs, patient access reps, device technicians, medical assistants and patient team supports who are also part of Hospital based departments are included), employees employed at other locations, outpatient employees, all other employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
