Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees, including all shipping employees (warehouseman, forklift general, receiving B and warehouse leads), dry production employees (dryer/packing assistant, oil production operator and dryer operator), tank room attendants, juice production employees (dumper/stager forklift, sanitation/utility team member, decanter/bucher press operator, concentrator operator, apple sorter utility, treat tank operator, D.E. filter operator, pasteurizer/micro filter, master operator trainers, and production leads), blending production employees (blending utility, blend technicians, blending forklift operator and blending filler), maintenance employees (mechanic B, electrician B, electrician, hyster mechanic, carpenter/painter B, boiler/refrigeration-maintenance mechanic, fabricator, carpenter A, and maintenance lead B), janitors, lab employees (lab technicians, micro lab technicians, QA support technicians, regulatory specialists and sample technicians), plant clerical employees (inventory coordinators, production clerks, blending/packaging coordinators and maintenance coordinators), and drivers employed by the Employer at its Prosser, Washington and Grandview, Washington facilities; excluding all other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, sales support specialists, shipping and receiving clerks, interns, confidential employees, blending leads, managers, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
