Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem service employees including Coord, Unit; Rep, Patient Access; Rep, Patient Service; Rep, Client Services — Lab; Rep, Patient Registration; Rep, Patient Registration Lead; Clerk, Inventory Control; Coord, Inventory Control; Coord Lead, Inventory Control; Storekeeper; Assistant, Lab II; Assistant, Laboratory I; Aide, Specimen Handling Lab I; Aide, Specimen Handling Lab II; Pathology Assistant I; Pathology Assistant II; Accessioner, Pathology; Assistant, Radiology PACS; Transporter; Transporter Cert Healthcare; Communications Operator; Communications Operator, Lead; Coord, Centrl Sched/Reg; Courier; Transporter Lift/Drive/Disptch working at the Employer’s 3700 California Street facility, 2333 Buchanan Street facility, and the North and South Tower of Castro Street & Duboce Avenue facility in San Francisco, California; excluding all other employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that employees in the petitioned for unit working at the Employer’s 3838 California Street, 3698 California Street, 2100 Webster Street, 2360 Clay Street, and 45 Castro Street facilities in San Francisco, California may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals working at these facilities are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
