Excluded: All nonprofessional employees, professional employees who are not in the existing unit (including medical doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, and dentists), managers, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act. The employees in these classifications shall vote subject to challenge and resolution of their inclusion or exclusion will be determined in a post-election proceeding, if necessary.
