Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem, technical employees, including operating room technicans, endoscopy technicians, pharmacy technicans, radiology technicians, respiratory care practitioners (RCPs), certified occupational therapy assistants (COTAs), and physical therapy assistants (PTAs), and service and maintenance employees, including nurses aides, newborn hearing technicians, couriers, enviromental services employees (EVS), diet aids, therapy aids, phlebotomists, unit secretaries, operating room schedulers, radiology clerks, rehabilitation service schedulers, emergency room admissions clerks, patient care tenicians (PCTs), and aides, and aides, employed by the Employer at its facility located at 624 East Elder Street, Fallbrook, California Excluded: All other employees, professional employees, business office clerical employees, registered nurses, managers, confidential employees, physicians, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers/utilization review and/or discharge planners, nurse practitioners, accounting or auditing registered nurses, infection control/employee health nurses, risk management/performance improvement and/or quality assurance or quality management nurses, employees of outside registries and other agencies supplying labor to the Employer, already represented employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
