Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDING: All full-time, regular part-time, and per-diem registered nurses, including registered nurses in the following classifications: Registered Nurses I, Registered Nurses I – 12, Registered Nurses II, Registered Nurses II – 12, Registered Nurses II – 12PD, Registered Nurses II – 8PD, Registered Nurses III, Registered Nurses III – 12, Registered Nurses IV – 12, Vascular Access RNs – 12, Wound Care RNs, and Wound Care RNs – PD; employed by the Employer at its facilities currently located at 101 East Valencia Mesa Drive, Fullerton, CA 92835; 100 East Valencia Mesa Drive, Fullerton, CA 92835; 1839 Sunnycrest Drive, Fullerton, CA 92835; 2141 North Harbor Boulevard, Fullerton, CA 92835; 2151 North Harbor Boulevard, Fullerton, CA 92835; and 2767 East Imperial Highway, Brea, CA 92821; EXCLUDING: All other employees, Ancillary Healthcare Educators, Cancer Data Coordinators, Clinical Research Assistants, Comm Prgm/SVC Coordinators, Decision Support Analysts, Nurse Anesthetists, Patient Access Auditors, Patient Access Auditors – PD, Patient Access Representatives, Patient Access Representatives – 12, Revenue Auditors, Surgery Information Auditors, All Other Registered Nurses Who Do Not Provide Direct Patient Care, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Employees of Outside Registries and Other Agencies Supplying Labor to the Employer, All Other Professionals, Already Represented Employees, Confidential Employees, Managerial Employees, Guards, Administrative Registered Nurses, Assistant Managers, Permanent Clinical Coordinators, Permanent Clinical Coordinators – 12, Permanent Charge Nurses, Directors, House Supervisors, House Supervisors – 12 PD, Managers, Relief House Supervisors, and Other Supervisors as Defined by the Act. OTHERS PERMITTED TO VOTE: At this time, no decision has been made regarding whether Admission Coordination RNs, Base Hospital Coordinators, Cardiac Rehab Coordinators, Care Manager RNs, Clinic Nurse Practitioners – PD, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Clinical Research RNs, Employee Health RNs, Infection Prevent RN Specialists, Medication Safety Specialist RNs, Nurse Educators, Nurse Navigators, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners – PD, Patient Safety Officers, Perinatal RN Educators, Magnet Program Coordinators, Simulation Lab Coordinators, Clinical Data Analysts, Nurse Scientists, Sepsis Program Nurses, Stroke Coordinators, Clinical Outcomes Specialists, and Sr. Risk Management Specialists are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. Individuals in these classifications may vote in the election but their ballots shall be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
