Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time production employees including, without limitations, CNC machinists, lead machinists, helpers, mill operators, tool crib attendants, lead tool crib machinists, assemblers, lead assembler, deburr operators, and painters employed by the Employer at its facilities currently located at 3130 East Miraloma Avenue, Anaheim, California, 1878 North Main Street, Orange, California, and 1868 North Main Street, Orange, California; Excluded: All other employees including planners, programmers, shipping and receiving employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that maintenance employees, janitors, inspectors Level I, inspectors Level II, inspectors Level III, quality assurance technicians and FAI coordinators employed by the Employer at its facilities currently located at 3130 East Miraloma Avenue, Anaheim, California, 1878 North Main Street, Orange, California, and 1868 North Main Street, Orange, California; may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election. Ballot Count: The ballots will be commingled and counted as soon as possible after 5:30 p.m. on March 22, 2017 at the Employer's facility located at 3130 East Miraloma Avenue, Anaheim, California 92806.
