Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees in the Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Desk, Bell/Driver, and Maintenance Departments, including but not limited to Banquet Captains, Coffee Break Captains, Banquet Servers, Banquet Aisle Attendants, Banquet Bartenders, Banquet Housemen, Restaurant Servers, Bartenders, Lead Beverage Bartenders, Bussers, Food Runners, Baristas, Hosts, Marina Market Cashiers, Marina Market Baristas, Room Service Supervisors (In-Room Dining Leads), Room Service Servers, Room Service Cashiers, Club Lounge Attendants, Cooks (including Kitchen Supervisors, Banquet Cooks, Pastry Cooks, Garde Manger, Food Prep), Employee Cafeteria Attendants, Stewarding Supervisors, Stewards, Convention Services Employees, Storeroom Employees, Shipping and Receiving Clerks, Package Room Supervisors, Lead Front Desk Employees, Front Desk Employees, Night Auditors, Phone Operators (CBX), Bell Persons, Shuttle Drivers, Housekeeping Room Attendants, Housepersons, Engineering Supervisors, and Engineers employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 1380 Harbor Island Drive, San Diego, California. Excluded: All other employees, Rooms Control Employees, Spa Employees, Central Reservations Employees, Bell Captains, Housekeeping Leads (Supervisors), office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. However, Events Services Supervisors are neither included in nor excluded from the bargaining unit covered by this certification, because the parties did not agree on the inclusion or exclusion of Events Services Supervisors, but agreed to vote them subject to challenge and resolution of their inclusion or exclusion was unnecessary because their ballots were not determinative of the election results.
