Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem technical employees, including clinical coordinators-laboratory, clinical coordinators-laboratory-PD, CT technologists, CT technologists-PD, lead-CT technologists, lead-MRI technologists, lead-nuclear medicine technologists, lead-PACS coordinators, lead-respiratory care practitioners, lead-ultrasound techs, LIS technical coordinators, LVNs, LVN care coordinators, LVNs-PD II, mammography technologists, mammography technologists-PD, MRI technologists, MRI technologists-PD II, nuclear med techs, nuclear med techs-PD, nuclear med techs-PD II, radiology specialists, radiology specialists-PD, radiology technologists, radiology technologists-PD II, respiratory care practitioners I, respiratory care practitioners II-NICU, respiratory care practitioners II-NICU-PD, respiratory care practitioners II-NICU-PD- II, respiratory care practitioners I-PD, respiratory care practitioners I-PD II, special procedures technologists, ultrasound techs, ultrasound techs-PD, ultrasound techs-PD II, ultrasound vascular technologists, vascular techs-PD, and vascular ultrasound techs-PD II employed by the Employer at its facilities currently located at 300 West Huntington Drive, Arcadia, California and 301 West Huntington Drive, Arcadia, California. Excluded: All other employees, registered nurses, physicians, other professional employees, skilled maintenance employees, business office clerical employees, guards, other nonprofessional employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act. However, the classification of lab scientists is neither included in, nor excluded from, the bargaining unit covered by this certification, because the parties did not agree on the inclusion or exclusion of this classification, but agreed to vote this classification subject to challenge, and resolution of its inclusion or exclusion was unnecessary because their ballots were not determinative of the election results.
