Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All employees including per diems covered by collective-bargaining agreement including CDRC III, behavioral health nurse case manager, behavioral health case manager, psychiatric social worker, psychiatric associate, child development specialist, medical social worker III, psychosocial clinician II, psychosocial counselor II, psychosocial clinician III, psychosocial counselor III, psychologist, psychologist - San Diego, CDRC I, social worker associate, medical social worker I, associate psychosocial clinician, CDRC II, psychosocial assistant, educational therapist, medical social worker II, psychiatric counselor, psychosocial clinician I, psychosocial counselor, psychiatric R.N., psychiatric nurse R.N. - San Diego, clinical nurse specialist, psychiatric nurse counselor, health connect coordinator, psychosocial advice nurse, psychiatric nurse R.N., psychosocial counselor I, Developmental Psychologist, Neuropsychologist, Child Development Specialist, Social Work Associate - Math Educator, Social Work Associate - Certified Preschool Teacher, and Social Work Associate - Outreach Coordinator employed by Southern California Permanente Medical Group and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals within the Southern California Region. Others Permitted to Vote: The parties have agreed that the Case Managers Continuing Care, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of 4 hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. Excluded: All office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
