Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and casual temporary Pageant Helpers and Parade Helpers employed by the Employer at its facility located at 1313 South Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, California. Excluded: All other employees, including employees already represented by other labor organizations, Specialists, Parade Support, office clerical employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Based on the work schedule as posted on May 10, 2024, a cast member’s first scheduled shift during the voting period (May 15, 16, or 18, 2024) will determine their designated voting location. (Any shift changes after May 10, 2024, may not reflect a change in a cast member’s voting location.) If a cast member is not scheduled to work during the voting period, their designation is listed above under TDA. A cast member can vote on any of the above days or times at their designated location. If a cast member votes at a location that they are not designated to vote at, that cast member will vote subject to challenge. BALLOT COUNT: The ballots will commingled and counted at the Team Disney Anaheim Building Auditorium, commencing as soon as possible after 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2024.
