Excluded: All other employees, including professional, management, confidential security employees, all classifications of employees excluded by law, together with those further exclusions consisting of all employees who are employed in any of the following functions, sections, or departments of the Company, wherever they may exist: President, Budgets, Contracts, Engineering, Human Resources, Security and Marketing, Strategy and Planning, Information Management/IT, Legal, and any other office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors defined in the Act.
