Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time senior staff attorneys, staff attorneys (including registered legal services attorneys and law school graduates who will automatically become staff attorneys once they pass the bar), administrative clerks, land use advocates, project coordinators, document specialists, paralegals, paralegal trainees, receptionists/screeners, outreach representatives, senior paralegals, senior tenant organizers, office managers, and tenant organizers employed by the Employer at its facilities currently located at 1309 East 7th Street, Los Angeles, California, 90021 and 624 South Grand Avenue, Floor 25, Los Angeles, California, 90017 or at such other facilities opened and operated by the Employer in Los Angeles County during the term of this Agreement. Excluded: All other employees, managerial employees, program assistants, grant managers, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
