Voting Unit (Unit A):VOTING GROUP - UNIT A (PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time and regular part-time Teachers, Lead Teachers, EHS Teachers, and Family Advocates employed by the Employer at its various New Jersey locations including Newark, New Jersey facility and Elizabeth, New Jersey facility, but excluding all Associate Teachers, Office Clerical employee, Executive Administrative Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Receptionists, EHS Teaching Assistants, Assistants/Aides, Child Care Providers, Home Visitor Specialists, Health/Nutrition Specialists, EHS/CCP Clerks, Floaters, Cooks, Food Service Workers, Maintenance Workers, Custodians, Substitutes including Teachers and Cooks, Managerial Employees, Directors, Guards and Supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. VOTING GROUP - UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time and regular part-time Receptionists, Associate Teachers, EHS Teaching Assistants, Assistants/Aides, Child Care Providers, Home Visitor Specialists, Health/Nutrition Specialists, EHS/CCP Clerks, Floaters, Cooks, Food Service Workers, Maintenance Workers, Custodians, and Substitutes including Teachers and Cooks, employed by the Employer at its various New Jersey locations including Newark, New Jersey facility and Elizabeth, New Jersey facility but excluding all Teachers, Lead Teachers, Family Advocates, EHS Teachers, Executive Administrative, Assistants Administrative, Assistants, Office Clerical employees, Managerial Employees, Directors, Guards and Supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
