Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem* licensed practical nurses (LPNs) employed by the Employer at its Ridgewood, New Jersey facility, as a residual to the existing unit currently represented by 1199 SEIU United Healthcare Workers East, which includes nursing assistants, unit secretaries, dietary aides, housekeeping, laundry aides, activity aides, cooks, maintenance employees, and LPNs at the Troy Hills and Southern Ocean facilities in New Jersey. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. Those eligible *Per Diem employees eligible to vote are all per diem employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
