Voting Unit (Unit A): VOTING GROUP - UNIT A (PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time, regular part-time and per diem Staff Registered Nurses who are regularly scheduled to work 17 ½ or more hours per week employed by the Employer at its South Plainfield, New Jersey facility, but excluding all Patient Care Technicians, office clerical employees, dieticians, social workers, physicians, engineers, managerial employees, part time and/or per diem employees who are regularly scheduled to work less than 17 ½ hours per week, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. VOTING GROUP - UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time, regular part-time and per diem Patient Care Technicians who are regularly scheduled to work 17 ½ or more hours per week employed by the Employer at its South Plainfield, New Jersey facility, but excluding all Staff Registered Nurses, office clerical employees, dieticians, social workers, physicians, engineers, managerial employees, part time and/or per diem employees who are regularly scheduled to work less than 17 ½ hours per week, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
