Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time equipment operators, carpenters, truck drivers, laborers, finishers and mechanics employed by the Employer from its Bettendorf, Iowa facility, but EXCLUDING all foremen, superintendents, owners, office clerical employees, administrative employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act. Also eligible to vote are employees in the unit who have been employed for a total of 30 working days or more within the 12 month period immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election or if they have some employment in those twelve months and have been employed for 45 working days or more within the 24 month period immediately preceding the eligibility date unless those employees were terminated for cause or quit voluntarily prior to the completion of the last job for which there were employed.
