Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time General Laborers Employed at the Employer’s facility located in Phoenix, Arizona who perform work in the following classifications: General Clean-Up, Material Handling loading and unloading trucks (excluding the Carpenter Shop), Concrete Workers (chute/hose operator, raking and shoveling), non-Architectural Form Strippers, Mesh/Rebar shearing, bending, handling and setting, and Tool Room Attendant, Blue print reading, Sand/Water Blasters, Air, Gas and Power Tool Operators, Concrete Cutter/Saw Operator (core/floor/wall saws), Rigging and Signaling, Stressing Jack Operator, Strand/Stress Chuck Operators, Placement of embeds, magnetic rails, harping, hold-downs and reveals, Assisting in form setting and liner placement, Extruder Operator, and concrete finishing and patching performed by all means and methods. EXCLUDED: All employees represented by the International Union of Operating Engineers, employees represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Custodial Employees, Managers, Executives, Superintendents, Office Clericals, Tractor-Trailer Drivers, Draftsmen, Guards and Supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees
