If a majority of the voters in the voting group who cast valid ballots vote yes to the first question, and a majority "of the valid votes cast are in the negative as to the second question, the following employees would constitute a unit appropriate for collective bargaining: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time Driver Training Rangemaster, Stock Clerk (Training Equipment department), Recreation Specialist, Issue Clerk, Dispatcher employed by the Employer in its facility at 1793 N 13th St, Artesia, New Mexico. EXCLUDED: Firearms Supervisor, Supply Technician (Project Management department), Administrative Assistant (Project Management department), Role Play Supervisor, Role Play Coordinator, Assistant Roleplay Coordinator, Quality Control, guards, managers and supervisors as defined in the Act.
