Unit Description: The instant petition seeks to change the name and address of the employer of the unit to “Staffco of Brooklyn, LLC”, at the address listed in the petition. Staffco of Brooklyn, LLC is now the employer of the employees at issue. All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem teacher aides, teaching assistants, teachers and psychologists employed by the employer at the Stanley S. Lamm Preschool. Excluded from the bargaining unit are all confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, students whose performance of work at the Employer is a part of the educational course of study such students are pursuing, part time employees who work a total of one fifth of the contractually defined full-time work week or less for the job classification in which they work and temporary employees. Employees in the bargaining unit are referred to in this Agreement as “Employees” or “bargaining unit members”.
