VOTING GROUP - UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT): INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time non-professional employees, including Paralegals, Paralegals AR, Re-entry Advocates, Youth Advocates, Parent Advocates, Mental Health Advocates, Social Work Assistants, Court Client Liaisons, Legal Advocacy Specialists, Investigators, Technical Support Employees, and Database Coordinators employed by the Employer at or out of, 177 Livingston St., 180 Livingston St., or 120 Schermerhorn St., Brooklyn, NY. EXCLUDED: All other employees, including all professional employees as set forth in or excluded from Unit A above, Directors of Administration for Family Defense, Supervisors for Investigators and Paralegals , Office Managers, Human Resources Managers, Operations Managers, Controllers, Information Technology Managers, Policy Analysts, Public Relations Employees, Process Servers, Administrative Professionals, Administrative Assistants, Development Associates, Office Maintenance Employees, Communications Assistants, Receptionists, Jail Services Coordinators, Operations Managers, Clerks, Executive Assistants, Court Coordinators, Senior Administrators, Arraignment Clerks, Legal Assistants, Attorney Court Liaisons, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. *Since the parties have not agreed as to whether all the Supervising Attorneys are eligible to vote, some Supervising Attorneys will vote subject to challenge. *Since the parties have not agreed as to whether all Social Work Supervisors are eligible to vote, some Social Work Supervisors will vote subject to challenge. *At this time, no decision has been made regarding whether Directors of Training, Trial Supervisors, Trial Chiefs, Recruitment Directors, Fellows, and Grants Managers (Attorney/Analysts) are included in or excluded from the proposed bargaining unit, and individuals in those classifications may vote in the election but their ballots may be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
