Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time workers who primarily perform asphalt paving and/or milling, including foremen, rakers, screenmen, micro pavers, AC paintmen, liquid tar workers, landscape planting and maintenance/fence installers, play equipment/safety surface installers, slurry/seal coaters, shovelers, line striping installers, and small equipment operators employed by the Employer, who work primarily in the five boroughs of New York City. EMPLOYEES ELIGIBLE TO VOTE: The parties have agreed that the following people are eligible to vote in the unit: 1. John Acquista, 2. Edgar Auquilla, 3. Michael Bedwell, 4. Luigi Carlino, 5. John Chiarelli, 6. Dominick Cinquemani, 7. Kevin Gordon, 8. Woodrowd Keene, 9. Curtney King, 10. Angelo Lovetro, 11. Kevin Quick, 12. Shuman Salah, 13. Jonathan Villatoro, 14. Guillermo Pena, 15. Carmelo Cinquemani, 16. Miguel Sampedro, 17. Melvin Rivera, 18. John Lester, 19. Alfonso Rios, 20. Luis Castillo, 21. John Dicecco, 22. Manuel Piscil, 23. Carlo Andreani, and 24. Agripino Brito Vivar. EMPLOYEES NOT ELIGIBLE TO VOTE: Those not eligible to vote are: All employees.who primarily perform the laying of concrete, concrete curb setting work, or block work, and excluding clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in Section 2(11) of the Act.
