Voting Unit (Unit A):The following unit is appropriate for the purposes of collective bargaining within the meaning of Section 9(b) of the Act: Including: All full-time and regular part-time Sales Floor team member, A&A team member, Beauty team member, Electronics team member, Visual Merchandiser, Price Accuracy team member, Signing team member, Presentation team member, Fulfillment team member, Logistics team member Backroom, Logistics team member Flow, Logistics team member Receiver/Reverse Logistics, Cart Attendant team member, Guest Service Attendant team member, Guest Service team member (Cashier), Guest Service team member (Service Desk), Food Service team member, Food team member, and Starbucks team member employed by the Employer at its 124 E. Jericho Turnpike, Huntington Station, New York, facility, who were employed by the Employer during the payroll period ending, Saturday, August 4, 2018. Excluding all other employees, Asset protection specialists, Target protection specialists, Human Resources team members, Property Management Technician, executive team leaders, team leaders, senior team leaders, managers, professional employees, office clerical employees, seasonal employees, guards and supervisors as defined by Section 2(11) of the Act.
