Voting Unit (Unit A):Voting Group A (Professional Employees): Included: All regular full time, regular part time, and per diem* Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists employed by the Employer located at 340 East Main Street, East Islip, New York. Excluded: All Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Physical Therapist Aides/Transporters, all other employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. Voting Group B (Non-Professional Employees): Included: All regular full time, regular part time, and per diem* Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Physical Therapist Aides/Transporters as a residual unit to the existing nonprofessional unit represented by 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East and employed by the Employer at 340 East Main Street, East Islip, New York. Excluded: All Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists, all other employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. Per Diem Employees: *Per diem employees that are eligible to vote are those employees who worked an average of 4 hours or more per week over the preceding thirteen (13) weeks.
