Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: all full-time and regular part-time* direct care services staff, self- directed direct care services staff, Medicaid service coordinators, administrative assistants, administrative aides, program administrator, secretary, IT support staff, and drivers, employed by the Employer, whose headquarters is located at 90-04 161 St, Jamaica, New York. Excluded: All other employees, including the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director, managerial employees, and guards, and professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. * For the sole purpose of determining who may vote in NLRB Petition 29-RD-203199, regular part-time employees are defined to mean employees in the unit other than full-time employees who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election
