Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time production, shipping, warehouse and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its Ripon, Wisconsin facility, including: Lead Operators, Operators, Assistant Operators, Quality Technicians, Quality Specialists, Inspection / Packer employees, Maintenance employees, Tool & Die employees, Custodial employees, Drivers / Truck Drivers, Freight Coordinators, Shipping and Receiving Techs, Warehouse Line employees, Material Handlers, Grinder Operators and hourly Temporary employees eligible under the Act. Excluded: All other employees, including: office clerical employees, customer service representatives, professional employees (including, but not limited to, engineers, accountants, human resource professionals, and marketing / business development employees), sales employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act.
