Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem Registered Nurses employed by the Employer at its facilities at the following locations in Pasadena, California: 100 West California Blvd.; 625 South Fair Oaks Blvd.; 837 South Fair Oaks Blvd.; and 760 South Pasadena Ave. Excluded: All other employees*, other professional employees, employees at other locations, confidential employees, registry employees, traveler Registered Nurses, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act, as amended. *Note: Individuals in the Patient Flow Coordinator classification will be indicated on the Excelsior list by an asterisk and their votes will be subject to challenge by the Petitioner/Union on the basis of their alleged 2(11) supervisory status. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who regularly averaged four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding March 1, 2015.
