Voting Unit (Unit A):VOTING GROUP - UNIT A (PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time and regular part-time Clinical Dietitians, Home Health Physical Therapists, Lead Occupational Therapists/Intake Coordinators, Lead Occupational Therapists, Lead Physical Therapists, Lead Speech Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists I, Occupational Therapists II, Occupational Therapists III, Occupational Therapists I Home Health, Occupational Therapists Per Diem, Occupational Therapists Per Diem Home Health, Physical Therapists I, Physical Therapists II, Physical Therapists III, Physical Therapists Per Diem, Speech/Language Pathologist I, Speech/Language Pathologist II, Speech / Language Pathologist III, Speech/Language Pathologists I Home Health, and Speech/Language Pathologists Per Diem employed by the Employer at its facilities located at 1555 Soquel Drive, Santa Cruz, CA, 8030 Soquel Avenue #104, Santa Cruz, CA, and 610 Frederick Street, Santa Cruz, CA; excluding non-professional employees, employees represented by a labor organization, confidential employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. VOTING GROUP - UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time and regular part-time Lead Radiology Technicians II employed by the Employer at its facility located at 1555 Soquel Drive, Santa Cruz, CA; excluding professional employees, employees represented by a labor organization, confidential employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
