Voting Unit (Unit A):VOTING GROUP - UNIT A (PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time and regular part-time Teachers, Lead Teachers, Lead Preschool Teachers, Associate Teachers, Substitute Teachers, Athletic Directors/PE Teachers, Learning Specialists, Instructional Coaches, School Counselors, Academic Technology Coordinators, Middle Years Program Coordinators, and Librarians employed by the Employer at its facilities located at 410 Alcatraz Avenue, Oakland, California and at 4550 San Pablo Avenue, Emeryville, California; excluding non-professionals, Head of School, Head of Pre-Kinder to First Grade, Head of Second through Fifth Grade, Head of Middle School, Technology Systems Support Manager, Facilities Manager, Director of Finance and Administration, Controllers, Curriculum and Learning Director, Capital Improvements Project Manager, Admissions Director, Annual Giving Director, Community Programs and Aventura Coordinators, Assistant to the Director of Finance and Administration and HR Manager, Assistant to the Head of School, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
