Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer in Oakland and Berkeley at its Alta Bates, Herrick and Summit campuses in the following job classifications: OB Technicians, Advocate-Patient, Assistant-Nutrition, Assistant-Nutrition-PD, Clerk-Dietary, Clerk-Dietary-PD, Clerk-Medical Records III, Clerk-Medical Svcs, Clerk-Medical Svcs-PD, Coordinator-Resource Non bnft, Coordinator-ER Comm-PD, Coordinator-ER Communications, Coordinator-Resource, Patient Access Rep PD, Patient Access Representative, Receptionist/Scheduler-PD, Receptionist/Secretary, Receptionist-Med, Lead, Scheduler/Registrar, Scheduler-Surgery, Secretary-Unit, Secretary-Unit-PD, Specialist-OR Matls, Technician-Distribution, Technician-Distribution-PD, Technician-Emergency Room, Technician-Emergency Room-PD, Technician-Receiving, Technician-Receiving, Lead, Technician-Surg Svcs Transport, Technician-Surg Svcs Transp-PD, Technician-Surgery Day Care, Technician-Surgical, Technician-Surgical II, Technician-Surgical II-PD, Technician-Surgical Support, Transporter, And Transporter-PD; Excluding all other classifications, employees represented by a labor organization, professional employees, managers, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
