Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time Graduate Nurses, Registered Nurses and Interim Permittees, including Acute Care PNPs, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Inpatient Case Managers, Inpatient Case Managers MSN, Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Clinicians, Nurse Practitioners, Utilization Review Payor Specialists III, Vascular Access NPs, Research Nurses, AND unrepresented Staff Nurses I, II, III, IV, and unrepresented Assistant Head Nurses employed by the Employer at its facilities located at 744 52nd Street, Oakland, CA; 747 52nd Street, Oakland CA, 3100 Summit Street, Oakland, CA, 2500 Fairmont Dr., San Leandro, CA, 2401 Shadelands Dr., Walnut Creek, CA; 665 53rd Street, Oakland, CA; 5220 Claremont Avenue, Oakland, CA, 5275 Claremont Avenue, Oakland, CA, 770 53rd Street, Oakland, CA, 2607 Myrtle Street, Oakland, CA, 2303 Camino Ramon, Suite 175, San Ramon, CA, and 1181 Central Blvd., Suite B, Brentwood, CA; excluding administrators, managers, employees represented by a labor organization, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Also eligible to vote are those employees who have worked a minimum of one hundred and twenty (120) hours in either of the previous twelve (12) week period immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Employee Health Nurse Practitioners may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in this classification or group are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
