VOTING GROUP - UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time, regular part-time and per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)/Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Patient Care Technicians I, Patient Care Technicians II, Patient Care Technicians III, and Secretaries/Receptionists employed by the Employee at its Diablo Brentwood facility located at 4510 O’Hara Avenue, Suite B, Brentwood, CA; excluding all other employees, professional employees, Bio-Medical Technicians, Social Workers, Dieticians, Clinical Educators, Charge Registered Nurses II, managerial employees, guards, confidential employees, and supervisors, as defined by the Act. The per diem employees are eligible to vote provided that such employees in the unit have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. A “float” employee is only eligible to vote at and will only be included on the eligible voter list for the specific Bio-Medical Applications of California Diablo unit (i.e., either Diablo Brentwood, Diablo West Antioch or Diablo Central Pittsburg) at which the employee had the most hours worked during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
