Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time Organizers, Business Representatives, and Union Representatives employed by the Employer at its facilities located at 7677 Oakport Road, Suite 480, Oakland, CA 94621, and 1050 South Van Ness Ave. Suite 201, San Francisco, CA 94110, excluding the President/Business Manager, the Business Representative/Secretary-Treasurer, Administrative Assistants, the Executive Secretary/Office Manager, Dues Clerks, all other employees, professional employees, students employed in connection with a vocational education or work study program, casual/substitute employees, temporary employees, Local 29 members working for Local 29 as loss-time employees, independent contractors, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, managers and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the San Francisco Director of Representation/Trustee may vote in the election, but the ballot will be challenged since the eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individual in the classification or group is included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of the individual will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
