Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time Head Teachers, Teachers, Associate Teachers, Assistant Teachers, Substitute Teachers, Program Assistants, Cooks, Administrative Assistants, Youth Facilitators, Volunteer Coordinators, and Maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its facilities located at 118 2nd Street, Watsonville, CA and 340 E. Beach Street, Watsonville, CA; excluding managerial employees and confidential employees of the Executive Director and Accountant/ED Assistant, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others Permitted To Vote: The parties have agreed that Program Secretaries may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in this classification or group are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
