Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer in the maintenance, rebuilding, dismantling, assembling, burning, repairing, welding, installing, cleansing, preparing and conditioning of all automotive parts, units and auxiliaries connected with passenger cars, recreational vehicles, trucks, any and all types of machinery propelled by any type of combustion engines or device; packing, shipping, the selling of parts (in accordance with past industry practice, giving due consideration to variances in established shops) and the handling of all parts and machine processes connected therewith; body shop helpers of the Employer performing the sanding, stripping paint, masking and papering, priming and sealing, paint edging of sheet metal prior to installation, cleaning of completed jobs, replacement of simple parts such as emblems, moldings, trim, headlight and taillight assemblies, and general aid to the paint or bodyman; and employees of the Employer performing all operations pertaining to automobile painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, taping, all color matching, spraying, stripping, striping, removal of all tape, masking materials and overlapping spray from glass or chrome surfaces, all rubbing and polishing and the application of all paints (top and tire dressings) and all other incidental work necessary to complete the painting of any motor vehicle or part thereof; excluding all other employees, managerial employees, professional employees, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
