Voting Unit (Unit A):All represented full-time and regular part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Restorative Nurse Assistants (RNAs), Dietary Employees, Activity Assistants, and Maintenance Employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 4525 W. Tulare Ave., Visalia, California; excluding the business office manager, the payroll clerk, all other business office employees, all housekeepers, all janitors, all laundry personnel, all registered nurses, all licensed vocational nurses, all MDS clinical case managers, all MDS clinical coordinators, all MDS nurses, all marketing directors, marketing employees, the director of nursing, the administrator, the director of staff development, the activities director, the dietary supervisor, the housekeeping supervisor, the staff scheduler/central supply employees, the maintenance supervisor, confidential employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
