Securitas Security Services USA, Inc.  (01-RD-293620)  Boston, MA, February 1, 2024.  The Board denied the Petitioner’s Request for Review of the Regional Director’s Decision and Order—which dismissed the decertification petition based on a finding of a contract bar—as it raised no substantial issues warranting review.  Petitioner—an individual.  Union—Service Employees International Union Local 32BJ.  Chairman McFerran and Members Kaplan and Wilcox participated.  Member Prouty took no part in the consideration of this case.

Baseball Club of Seattle, LLP, d/b/a Seattle Mariners  (19-RD-316179)  Seattle, WA, February 2, 2024.  The Board denied the Petitioner’s Request for Review of the Regional Director’s Administrative Dismissal as it raised no substantial issues warranting review.  Petitioner—an individual.  Union—United Food and Commercial Workers, Local 3000.  Chairman McFerran and Members Kaplan and Prouty participated.

Comunicadores Gráficos, Inc., d/b/a CG Printing Group, a single employer  (12-CA-304101)  San Juan, PR, January 30, 2024.  No exceptions having been filed to the December 8, 2023 decision of Administrative Law Judge Michael Rosas’ finding that the Respondent had engaged in certain unfair labor practices, the Board adopted the judge’s findings and conclusions, and ordered the Respondent to take the action set forth in the judge’s recommended Order.  Charge filed by Unión de Periodistas, Artes Gráficas y Ramas Anexas.

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P.  (09-CA-302248)  Cincinnati, OH, February 1, 2024.  No exceptions having been filed to the December 20, 2023 decision of Administrative Law Judge G. Rebekah Ramirez’s finding that the Respondent had not engaged in certain unfair labor practices, the Board adopted the judge’s findings and conclusions and dismissed the complaint.  Charge filed by International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, District No. 34, Lodge No. 804.
