Starbucks Corporation  (06-RC-334100)  Homestead, PA, June 5, 2024.  The Board denied the Employer's Request for Review of the Acting Regional Director's Order Granting Request to Block as it raised no substantial issues warranting review.  Petitioner—Workers United a/w Service Employees International Union.  Chairman McFerran and Members Kaplan and Prouty participated.

C Cases

Micross Components  (01-CA-323838, et al.)  Manchester, NH, June 6, 2024.  The Board denied the Employer’s Petition to Revoke an investigative subpoena duces tecum, finding that the subpoena, as modified by the Region’s clarifications in its opposition brief, sought information relevant to the matter under investigation and described with sufficient particularity the evidence sought, and that the Employer failed to establish any other legal basis for revoking the subpoena.  Charges filed by International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.  Chairman McFerran and Members Kaplan and Prouty participated.
