(22-RC-61300) Teterboro, NJ, October 19, 2011.  Order denying Employer’s request for review of the Regional Director’s decision and direction of election.  Petitioner – International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO, District Lodge 15.  Member Hayes dissented for reasons stated in his opinion in Specialty Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center of Mobile would have granted the review.  Chairman Pearce and Members Becker and Hayes participated.

Staten Island, NY, October 21, 2011.  No exceptions having been filed to the Hearing Officer’s report, the Board adopted the findings and recommendations, and found that a certification of representative should be issued.  Petitioner – Local 1181-1061, Amalgamated Transit Union, AFL-CIO.
