(27-RC-008582) Denver, CO, October 18, 2011.  Order denying Employer’s request for review of the Regional Director’s supplemental decision and direction of election.  Petitioner – Communications Workers of America.  Chairman Pearce and Members Becker and Hayes participated.

First Aviation Services, Inc. (22-RC-61300) Teterboro, NJ, October 19, 2011.  Order denying Employer’s request for review of the Regional Director’s decision and direction of election.  Petitioner – International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO, District Lodge 15.  Member Hayes dissented for reasons stated in his opinion in Specialty Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center of Mobile would have granted the review.  Chairman Pearce and Members Becker and Hayes participated.

MV Public Transportation, Inc. (29-RC-11781, et al.) Staten Island, NY, October 21, 2011.  No exceptions having been filed to the Hearing Officer’s report, the Board adopted the findings and recommendations, and found that a certification of representative should be issued.  Petitioner – Local 1181-1061, Amalgamated Transit Union, AFL-CIO.
