Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time baristas, barista trainers, and barista apprentices employed by the Employer at its facilities currently located at 1401 I Street NW, Washington, DC and 1301 K Street NW, Washington, DC, but excluding all other employees, café managers, district managers, office clerical employees, confidential employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
