Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time inventory control clerks, taskers, forklift operators, group coordinators, and yard drivers employed by the Employer at its facility located at 10 Eastwood Dr., Luckey, Ohio 43443. Excluded: All sanitation employees; all office clerical, confidential, professional, and managerial employees; guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act; employees of other employers; and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All hourly production and maintenance employees of the Company employed at Charleston Yard, New Martinsville Yard, Parkersburg Yard, Paul D and Captain Elza. Excluded: All managers, supervisors, confidential employees and guards as defined in the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, and Physical Therapist Aide/Transporter as residual to the existing unit.
