Unit Sought: Included: Full time and part time personnel employed in the Customer Service Coordinator (grades I, II, III and IV) in the Billing Department located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa Excluded: All professional employees, confidential employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. Petitioner is seeking a self-determination election whereby if the employees in the petitioned-for unit (above) vote for union representation then that will indicate their desire to be included in the existing bargaining unit covered by what is referred to as the "IES Agreement".
