Unit Sought: Included: All production and maintenance employees, including plant warehousepersons, and plant truck drivers; excluding office clerical employees, print ship employees, garage employees, agricultural workers, night watchmen, guards, professional employees, lab technicians, fruit inspectors and supervisors as defined in the Act which are located at the company's manufacturing facilities owned as of the date of this Agreement, at 602 McKean Street, and 602 McKean Street, North, Auburndale, Florida.

Unit Sought: All EMT's, Paramedics, and Dispatchers employed by the Employer at it's facilities in Loveland and Mt. Airy, Ohio. EXCLUDED: All other employees including managers, supervisors, office personnel, confidential employees, and guards, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time cements masons, including journeymen cements masons and apprentice cement masons employed by the Employer; excluding, all office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
