Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time employees employed by the employer in 8 counties located in the state of West Virginia in the following programs: 1. Case managment including all homemaker employees: but excluding the program director, program coordinator, registered nurses, RN supervisors, case managers, data processing clerks, all other management employees, confidentiral employees, clerical employees, casual employees, temporary employees, all other employees and all professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. 2. Mason County homeless shelter including case managers, team members, and team members relief; But excluding program specialists, all other management employees confidentiral employees, clerical employees casual employees, temporary employees, all other employees and all professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. 3. Time Out RYP, TLP including case managers case aides, supportive counselor/case manager and building and grounds technicians; But excludiing program directors, program coordinators, prevention therapists, site supervisors, program assistants, billing/purchasing/clerical assistants, all other management employees, confidentiral employees, clerical employees, casual employees, temporary employees, all other employees and all professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. 4. Weatherization including technicians, and crew chiefs, but excluding program coordinator, weatherization technician supervisor, weatherization clerik, all other managment employees, confidentiral employees, clerical employees, casual employees, temporary employees, all other employees, all professional employees and all guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. 5.
