Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time security officers performing guard duties as defined in the Section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, employed by the Employer at its Sharon, Pennsylvania, facilities; excluding, all office clerical employees and professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time production, sanitation, shipping/warehouse, receiving, maintenance, electrical and transportation employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 925 Reese Avenue, Hershey Pennsylvania 17033-2297. Excluding; all other employees, office clerical employees, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.
