Excluded: Executive President, Executive Director, Managers, Supervisors, Confidential Employees and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All physical therapy assistants, Occupational therapy assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists at Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation. Excluded: All supervisorial and managerial employees, guards, and all other employees as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time and part time employees employed by the Employer at its 242 E Menomonee Street, Milwaukee, WI location. Excluded: All other employees.
