Excluded: All other employees, including Assistant Store Managers and Seasonal Associates, office clerical employees, confidential employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time employees who work as Front Desk employees, Front Desk SOD, Climbing Coaches, Climbing Instructors (summer or otherwise), Yoga Instructors, Retail Specialists, Gateway Instructors, and all other regular part-time and full-time nonexempt positions employed by the Employer at and out of its Movement San Francisco facility located at 924 Old Mason Street, San Francisco, California.
