Unit Sought: All essential communication officers, correctional officers, STS crew leader, and transport officers, of the Becker County Sheriff's Department, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, who are public employees within the meaning of Minn. Stat. 179A.03, subd. 14; excluding Deputies/Bailiffs, supervisory, and confidential employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees of Sinclair Media of Seattle, LLC operating Television Station KOMO-TV engaged to render services as reporters, announcers, singers, actors, dancers, or other category of talent who perform before the microphone or camera, both staff and freelance. Excluded: Technicians, guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, office employees and persons employed by the Company as operational coordinators for engineering duties and concurrent off-camera station breaks and announcements, including station sign-on and sign-off, and all other employees, instrumental musicians (except when speaking or singing).
