Unit Sought: Included: All registered pharmacists, regardless of hours worked, working in the Employer's pharmacy located at 1619 Center Square Road, Swedesboro, NJ 08085 AND ADD THEM TO THE EXISTING UNIT of registered pharmacists, regardless of hours worked, working in the Employer's pharmacies at the following stores: Jersey City (Route 440), NJ; Weehawken, NJ; Elmwood, NJ; Newark (Ferry Street), NJ; Edgewater, NJ; Ventor City, NJ; Bergenfield, NJ; Newark, DE; and Kirkwood, DE. Excluded: All sales personnel, maintenance employees, office clerical employees, employees covered by other collective bargaining agreements, guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act
