Unit Sought: Present Unit: Included: All full-time and part-time employees employed at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett (“PRMCE” or the “Employer”) in job classifications set forth in Appendix "A" of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (“CBA”) and related job classification as described in Appendix B of the CBA. Excluded: All supervisors and confidential employees, as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, regular "on-call" employees who are hired to work on an intermittent/on-call basis, and all employees who carry a 0.0 FTE. Proposed Unit: Included: All full-time and part-time employees employed at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett (“PRMCE” or the “Employer”) in job classifications set forth in Appendix "A" of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (“CBA”) and related job classification as described in Appendix B of the CBA, including the Patient Sitter job classification alongside the CAN job description already included in the Appendix A wage scale. Excluded: All supervisors and confidential employees, as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, regular "on-call" employees who are hired to work on an intermittent/on-call basis, and all employees who carry a 0.0 FTE.
